AARON R.A. PERRY

Aaron Perry was admitted to the California State Bar in 2009 and has been practicing law since 2010. Prior to his legal career, Aaron served as a Deputy Sheriff for 14 years—12 of which he spent as a bailiff in San Diego County Family Courts. That experience gave him a front-row seat to the emotional and legal complexities of family law and a deep understanding of how families are impacted by the process. Working closely with judges and attorneys, Aaron saw what helped families heal—and what didn’t.

Today, Aaron brings that perspective to his law practice, focusing on helping clients navigate separation and divorce with compassion, clarity, and respect. He believes that family law is a uniquely human area of the law—one that requires more than just legal knowledge. It requires listening. It requires empathy. And most importantly, it requires understanding that while a marriage may end, family connections often continue—especially when children are involved.

Aaron works with clients who are ready to move forward but want to do so in a way that preserves respect and cooperation. His approach is tailored to each client’s circumstances, focusing on what matters most to them—not just what the law dictates. In his view, most families are better served by thoughtful agreements than by courtroom battles, and he strives to guide his clients through the process without unnecessary conflict.

Our Vision

At the heart of our practice is a simple belief: most families don’t need a judge to tell them how to raise their children—they need support, understanding, and a plan.

We envision a legal process that respects the emotional realities of family life. One that empowers parents to make decisions together, protects children from unnecessary conflict, and promotes long-term well-being over short-term wins.

Our goal is to guide clients through difficult transitions with clarity, compassion, and a deep respect for what family still means—even when circumstances change.

Helping Families Transition With Care, Not Conflict.
